What’s free? French Press is completely free, with all its features — the calculator, the guided brew timer, and saving brews to your log.

What does CoffeeGrams Pro unlock? A one-time $4.99 purchase unlocks the other five methods — V60, Chemex, AeroPress, Cold Brew, and Espresso. No subscription; it’s yours forever.

I bought Pro but it’s locked on a new phone / after reinstalling. Open any locked method to bring up the Pro screen and tap Restore Purchase. Make sure you’re signed in with the same Apple Account you used to buy it.

Where is my brew data stored? Entirely on your device. Nothing is uploaded. (This also means brews don’t yet sync between devices — iCloud sync is planned for a future update.)

My brew reminders aren’t showing up. Reminders use local notifications. Enable them in Settings → Notifications → CoffeeGrams, then start a cold brew or French press again.

How do the timers work? Pick a method, set your dose and ratio, tap Start Brew, and the app guides you through each pour/steep step with a countdown. Espresso shows a shot timer that turns green inside the 25–30s target window.
